Returns

Do you want to exchange or refund an item?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What size clothes should I take?

Some of our items fit true to size, but others have a looser fit, so we recommend taking a look at the product page of the item you are interested in for specific sizing information.

Can you provide more information about a specific product?

Definitely! Contact us by chat, phone or mail when you want more information about a product. We are happy to help you!

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

We are sorry that the item you are interested in is out of stock. From time to time, depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. On the product page, you can sign up to be notified when your item is back in stock.

Can't wait?

It is possible that one of our official retailers still has the item in stock. Call or email us so we can check it for you.

Orders and delivery

I haven't received an order confirmation. Why not?

It may take up to two hours after you place your order before you receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam box.
If the payment has been processed and you have not received a confirmation email after two hours, please contact us via info.isagishop@gmail.com

I just placed an order, is it still possible to modify or cancel my order?

In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse for preparation, packaging and shipping. Once your order has been paid for and processed, it is no longer possible to change it.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship your order in a polybag or in a box, depending on the size and number of items in your order.
